On this weeks show we talked with Chris Colby, editor of BYO Magazine, about the Hop Shortage and other issues facing the brewing industry and homebrewers going into the future. Chis wrote a great article on the hop shortage when the situation first arose, check it out.
One of the things Chris mentioned was that some varieties of hop may not make it though the shortage. We want to know, for the homebrewers or beer enthusiasts out there, what hops won't you miss? Vote on the poll or comment in the comments section and let us know.
