February is the traditional time to release seasonal Bock beer in the US, so we decided to do some Bock tastings. Leinenkugel's new 1888 Bock and Viking brewery's Invader Dopplebock get the Beer Talk Today treatment. Did the dopplebock inspire us to pillage cities?
